Tour Entry #6: HOME! … for a second…
by Trevor on Feb.26, 2009, under Trevor
We’re back in NY for a day! It’s nice to be back, we’re doing a show in Brooklyn tonight and then we drive to Boston for a show tomorrow. Zach and I taped some stuff over at Fuse today. It was neat to be back in our old studio. All of the crew and make-up people were still there! It was fun.
It’s been a while since I updated this (things got really busy for a bit and I had no time ) – so let me try and think of what’s happened – oh! They started the official ‘Miss March’ campaign. Maybe you’ve seen ads on tv or on myspace, etc. They put an ad on YouTube and our trailer got 1.7 million hits in one day. We were the #1 viewed video on all of YouTube for 24 hours! What else ….
We went to Ohio and did some shows! And I got to see my friend from Akron!
Then we went to Washington DC and we went to the Spy museum. I bought a ‘lie detector’ machine that you put your hand on and it’s supposed to shock you if you lie – but we found out that it basically just shocks everyone after 15 seconds. So we’ve been drinking on the bus and just shocking ourselves since then.
We stayed in a haunted hotel in State College, Pennsylvania – then we stayed in a normal hotel in Philadelphia. Josh Fadem, Sam and I were hanging out on the hotel balcony and I gave Fadem a shocking pen that I also bought at the spy museum. It got him and he threw it off the roof. Then everyone was sad. We went to see the Liberty Bell and Emo Phillips was there!
Then we did a really fun show and drove up here to NY. That’s brings us about current. I’ll try to update more for the next leg of the trip! Boston’s next, then Raleigh and then we go tour the South! Hope to see you somewhere along the way!
loveyoubye

I think you just might be the hottest guy ever
February 26th, 2009 on 7:38 pm
sounds like you’ve done a lot of catching up with people! yay! oh, akron. and that lie detector machine thing sounds pretty awesome. i guess that just teaches you not to shock people when you’re stories off of the ground?
February 26th, 2009 on 10:32 pm
Is it ironic that the spy museum is really conspicuous? It’s good to hear you’re shocking people in more than just the metaphorical sense.
And I have to agree with LBSB there. Sometimes, I turn off all the lights, put on the second disc of the Les Miserables 10th anniversary dream cast recording, track number 3 and sing along with Eponine and in my head you’re Marius.
Have fun performing!

Glad you’re having a good time and I noticed that the Miss March trailer was also on Hulu and during the Daily Show commercial breaks so I was super excited for you guys.
I love, love, love the Spy Museum. It was so cool. Did you get to crawl through the air ducts? That was fun and me and my friend kept going back and forth through it. Do they still do that thing where you have to memorize a fake name and identity and see how good of a spy you are? I was horrible! You guys are actors so you must have been better than me.
Can’t wait to see you guys in Texas!
February 28th, 2009 on 1:43 am
I think I have that same lie detector thing. its retarded
February 28th, 2009 on 1:55 am
Dude, the Philly show was rad. We ended up staying until you guys were leaving off the actual stage. And scaling the stage for another picture was pretty much amazing. Haha, looking forward to seeing you guys on your next tour.

The comment Manveru left is hands down the best thing I’ve ever read on a blog, ever. I can’t believe no one commented on that. I’m assuming its a joke, since I went to the website and that shit’s a little weird.(really though) but seriously, good job on life Manveru.

Trevor Moore,
I love Whitest Kids U Know! I didn’t know how to reach or send you a message, so I’m leaving a comment here on this blog entry. I hope you read this.
Because I’m going to name one of my sons “Trevor Moore Yxxxx.” It’ll be f’ing cool – he’s going to be the Whitest Chinese-American kid ever. I mean, how many times have I heard of a “James Chang,” “Richard Lee,” “Michael Wang,” “Steven Chu” in my life on this planet? We need a “Trevor Lee” or “Trevor Moore Yxxxx” – he’ll be the whitest yellow kid ever.
And why doesn’t your show make more fun of Asian people? As an American of Chinese descent, 4th. generation American on 1 side of the family, 2000th generation Chinese on the other, I give you and Sam, Timmy, Darren, Zach, permission to make fun of Asians more. It’ll be funny.
God bless you all, -Ernest Y.
