If you do a blog read-through later: it’s one of the stories in the book I gave Trevor. Didn’t put 2 and 2 together until Googling that (and a couple of others) to check the validity of the story. Katey’s not mentioned in the book and the author uses ‘hacked to pieces’ as a euphamism, but I remembered that the nature of the hacking was mentioned in a TV Guide interview with Katey years ago. She won’t talk about it, understandably, beyond acknowledging it as “the accident”.
