Come See the Future Show!

What’s sketch comedy going to be like in the future? Who cares? But we’ll be doing a show about it nevertheless. If you want to see it come to Rififi this Tuesday at 10pm where Death By Cracked Kids is doing a future themed show. It’s five bucks and it’s funny.

Rififi is on 11th St between 1st & 2nd. the next Death By Crack Kids show is next Tuesday the 30th at 10pm. Oh yes.

Didn’t know where else to post this, but I hope that the fact that your “Drunk Dad” sketch is a blatant ripoff of “Daddy Drank” by Kids in the Hall is a surprise to you. The similarities suggest it’s not.

One of my friends told me about that sketch a couple of weeks ago. I’ve never seen it – but I’ve been told it’s pretty similar – so that sucks. I am sad now.

Yes, “Drunk Dad” is a pretty blatant rip-off of KITH’s “Daddy Drank”. I thought it was going to be an *homage* and it would turn into something else, but it doesn’t. I’m surprised this hasn’t been highlighted. The original Kids in the Hall sketch is on YOU TUBE, you should find it, it’s much better. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCZuC18GquI Still, I think WKUK are promising.
